Welcome to The Owlbears Table. By reserving a game table, booking a campaign session, purchasing guides or items from our shop, or using our website, you agree to follow the terms established in this document. Please read these guidelines carefully before starting your next adventure with us.

1. Game Table and Campaign Bookings

Our tabletop roleplaying games and campaign sessions require advance booking. Reservations secure your seat at the table and the dedicated time of our guides. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

2. Shop Purchases and Returns

Items purchased from our physical or online shop—including dice sets, miniature figures, rulebooks, and beginner guides—are subject to our quality guarantee. Unopened and undamaged physical items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Digital guides and custom campaign materials are strictly non-refundable once delivered.

3. Community Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players, regardless of their experience level. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or intentional damage to our game tables and supplies will not be tolerated. The Owlbears Table reserves the right to ask any participant violating these rules to leave the session without a refund.

4. Liability

While we ensure our premises and equipment are safe and well-maintained, participation in our events is at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left at our gaming tables. Please keep your personal items, character sheets, and specialty dice secure during your visit.
